The ECO Car Magazine awards recognise the achievement of motor manufacturers able to provide a highly fuel efficient, low emissions vehicle that will ultimately benefit the environment by providing a low carbon footprint.
The winners were announced as part of the Motoring Matters Magazine Group Awards at a ceremony at Melbourne’s Park Hyatt Hotel attended by industry executives representing all leading brands of car, light commercial and heavy truck manufacturers and importers in Australia.
The Hyundai i30cw CRDi is a 1.6 litre, diesel-engined wagon that provides an ideal crossover from an economical hatchback for commuting to a wagon configuration suitable for a modern family.
